Piers Torday Event

PiersPiers Torday has quickly established a reputation as one of the most exciting new children’s authors of today.  His debut novel The Last Wild was shortlisted for the Waterstones Children’s Book Award and the UKLA Book Award, and was nominated for the Carnegie Medal. “Written in a vivid, urgent style, The Last Wild may be as critical to the new generation as Tarka the Otter”, said The Times.
His new book, The Dark Wild, was published last month and, in association with publisher Quercus, we have produced a special Chatterbooks activity pack http://readingagency.org.uk/children/003-tips/the-dark-wild-activity-pack-and-prize-draw.html and are offering libraries the chance to win copies of the books.
Plus, Quercus are also offering libraries in London and Greater London the chance of a free author event with Piers Torday.  Piers’ events are aimed at children aged 7 and above, and also come highly recommended – check out the events page of his website http://www.pierstorday.co.uk/
Anyone interested in an event with Piers should fill in the form here https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/68V22D5
