Course outline:
The Extended Project Qualification (EPQ) is now established in many schools. How can the role of the librarian be adapted to offer support to their students, many of whom will not have had previous experience of independent research and extended academic style writing? This course will help you with practical ideas to support teaching and learning in delivering successful outcomes.
If you are already offering the EPQ in your school or are thinking about it, or if your school offers the new A Levels including the independent learning projects, this course will provide invaluable information and tools for effective support in the school library.
