Introduction to the SLA in Welsh

Er bod y School Library Association (SLA) yn gymdeithas â'i chanolfan ym Mhrydain, mae ganddi lawer o aelodau drwy Ewrop ac mewn llefydd eraill yn y byd. Mae croeso i bawb sydd ag ymroddiad i ddatblygiad llyfrgelloedd ysgolion ymuno â'r gymdeithas. Mae ein holl ddeunyddiau ar gael yn Saesneg.

Yn ogystal â rhoi cyngor i'n haelodau, yr ydym yn darparu cyhoeddiadau a chyrsiau hyfforddiant ac yn cyhoeddi ein cylchgrawn adolygu The School Librarian. Mae gennym ganghennau lleol a rhanbarthol yng Nghymru a Lloegr yn ogystal â changhennau cenedlaethol yn yr Alban, yng Ngogledd Iwerddon ac yng Ngweriniaeth Iwerddon. Yr ydym yn ymgyrchu dros ddatblygiad llyfrgelloedd ysgolion a dros lyfrgellwyr ysgol. Yn 2004 sefydlon ni Wobr Llyfrgellydd Ysgol y Flwyddyn yr SLA er mwyn codi ymwybyddiaeth o amrywiaeth yr arfer dda sy'n bodoli mewn llyfrgelloedd ysgolion. Yr ydym hefyd yn hybu llyfrgelloedd ysgolion drwy ddathlu Dydd Rhyngwladol Llyfrgelloedd Ysgolion ar ddydd Llun cyntaf mis Hydref.

Ein Datganiad Cenhadol

  • Yr ydym yn credu bod gan bob disgybl yr hawl i ddarpariaeth llyfrgell ysgol effeithiol. Mae'r SLA wedi'i hymrwymo i gefnogi pawb sydd yn ymwneud â llyfrgelloedd ysgolion ac i hyrwyddo cyfleoedd darllen a dysgu safonol i bawb.

Croesawir unrhyw ymholiadau (yn Saesneg os gwelwch yn dda) am lyfrgelloedd ysgolion ym Mhrydain.
