The School Library Association's annual weekend course is one of the highlights of the school librarian's year. The main sessions will be based on the theme of creativity and innovation. Seminars and workshops will also deal with practical topics on the theme. The delegates in 2010 will therefore be drawn from both the primary and secondary sectors, and may be either teachers or librarians.  Many delegates will come expressly to see publishers' and other resource stands.  Approximately 200 delegates are expected.

The Exhibition associated with this conference will run on Saturday only. The Exhibition venue will be in the Banqueting and Exhibition Suite, which will be used for all morning and afternoon coffee / tea breaks and lunch.  Delegates will all be time-tabled to come to the Exhibition for one of the three sessions on Saturday.  The Conference programme will begin at 14.00 on Friday.

If you are unable to exhibit at the above conference, but wish to have a presence there, you can put a flyer or catalogue (no larger than A4) in the information pack received by every delegate. Costs for this are: Single sheet £100, Catalogue £200. Other opportunities to promote your company brand are: Pens, A5 pads, Cotton Bag and Lanyards. Please contact the SLA office for more details.
