The School Library Association would like to invite lightning papers for the Weekend Course 2020 the title for which is ‘Digital education: reading and learning opportunities’.
The talks will be short – approximately 15 minutes each – and we are interested in hearing from anyone who has interesting programmes they have initiated, something that works well, a dissertation or something else related to digital practice or theory that would be of interest to school library staff or teachers.
Unfortunately we are not able to offer any fees for these slots. The idea is that they are a chance for people unused to public speaking to give it a go in a supportive atmosphere. We are welcoming of all career stages, backgrounds and school contexts.
If you are interested please send your contact details, a working title and a short synopsis of your talk to email@example.com with ‘2020 lightning talks’ in the subject line by 17th October 2019.
