Have your say and help make a difference to the future of school libraries
For the second year, we're delighted to have partnered with Softlink to run the 2021 School Library Survey to give you the chance to add your voice to the future of school libraries in the United Kingdom.
The invitation to participate in the survey is extended to all schools, regardless of Library Management Provider or whether you are a School Library Association member.
Your responses will be used to develop a report containing valuable information on UK School libraries, including library spaces, staffing, resourcing, and other important issues which have arisen over the past year.
Responses will also be used to inform the wider public about school libraries and help sector bodies know where and how to better support you. In addition, the survey responses are used to create feature documents relevant to school libraries and will feed into other important advocacy work, for example, this report produced by the National Literacy Trust.
The UK School Library Survey is open until 10th December 2021. This is your opportunity to have your say and help make a difference to school libraries across the UK, so please consider getting involved.
