Yorkshire Festival of Story is back!

10 November 2021 Share

A free, online festival for all

This year, the Yorkshire Festival of Story is back and will be exploring what we want the world to look like next. It will use the epic, folk and fairy tales of our past to ask how we can pave the way for the future we want.

Taking place between the 12th and 28th November, headliners include award-winning children’s author, Festival Guest Director and SLA Patron Kevin Crossley Holland, illustrator and former SLA President Chris Riddell OBE, Laura Simms, Dame Marina Warner and Professor Jack Zipes.

The Yorkshire Festival of Story is free and online, making it available to everyone, everywhere. There are over 50 free events to choose from, including lots for schools and families.
