Hodder & Stoughton launch school library giveaway!

Hodder WristbandsHodder and Stoughton's new(ish) young adult fiction community, Chapter 5 launched this summer and has already seen fantastic levels of engagement and growth. Facebook is their main platform, and they have an associated Facebook app – reached through the ‘Extras’ tab – where they host regular giveaways, quizzes, polls and exclusive author content. But to reach teens through their school libraries and associated reading groups they are offering a pack of items to librarians, comprising:

1.      Branded bookmarks

2.      Flyers featuring details of how to enter a giveaway on our Facebook page (the giveaway includes copies of some of Hodder’s best young adult titles: 

  • Daughter of Smoke and Bone by Laini Taylor
  • Panic by Lauren Oliver
  • Angelfall by Susan Ee
  • Don’t Look Back by Jennifer L. Armentrout
  • Darkest Fearby Cate Tiernan
  • The 100 by Kass Morgan


3.      A batch of their ‘Proud to be Bookish’ wristbands (these have been a HUGE hit on the Facebook page – with 4,500 requests for them in the space of a fortnight!)

4. A3 posters

The email address for requesting packs is naomi.berwin[at]hodder.co.uk. Each pack should contain 20 of each of the items listed above (apart from the posters) – and people can request as many packs as they’d like.
