Reading for Pleasure: edgy, cool, or just boring? Make it infectious and survive: Stafford, Staffordshire, 25 February 2016

Our course Reading for Pleasure: edgy, cool, or just boring? Make it infectious and survive, run by Angie Curran, will be held at Entrust HQ, The Riverway Centre, Riverway, Stafford ST16 3TH on 25 February 2016.

In the current context of changes in education it is abundantly clear to all those who teach that being able to read broadly and in depth is essential.  The aim of this course is to support school library staff in selecting, organising and managing effective Reading for Pleasure programmes in their schools.

The closing date is 11 February 2016. Bookings received by 1 February 2016 are eligible for a £15 discount making the cost of the full days training just £90 (SLA members) and £150 (non-members). Further reductions are available for a second person attending from the same school (accompanying a full paying delegate).  Payment is not required by the deadline date to qualify for the discount as long as an official order has been received.

Key Audience: secondary school library staff
