World Nursery Rhyme Week 19th to 23rd Nov

World Nursery Rhyme Week
World Nursery Rhyme Week

Nursery rhymes play an important role in early childhood development and education.

As well as being fun they improve language and communication, provide a fun way to assist with learning early maths and help children to develop social, physical and emotional skills.

Many activities are happening around the country, for World Nursery Rhyme week, for example booklets will be given to all new Middlesbrough parents by their health visitor at the six to eight week health check in conjunction with Middlesbrough Reads
