Yorkshire & Humberside Branch The School Library in a Social Media World

The School Library in a Social Media World

As the use of all social media platforms continues to increase amongst children, in particular teens, it is important to look at ways to use the technology in the classroom and wider school community

This course will outline how we can use Facebook, Twitter and other social media to promote interaction and to advertise our facilities, as well as gain access to student opinions and comments on library service.  Best practice will be demonstrated and shared during the session.
