The role:

Oxford High School is looking for a well-qualified and experienced Librarian to join the team. 

The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of tasks within the library including; managing the issuing and returning of the library’s stock, shelving stock and keeping the library in good order, supervising students using the library and contributing to the school’s programme of co-curricular activities.

Experience of working in libraries or with collections of written material is highly desirable. Formal qualifications are not essential, although a relevant qualification would be advantageous as would an interest in children’s literature.

This post is part-time and the core working hours are likely to be: 08:30-16:30, three days per week with some flexibility.
