Utilising an online platform there will be two 2 virtual rooms: the ‘Speakers room’ and the ‘exhibition room’. The Speakers room is where the main programme will take place, while in the exhibition room will be exhibitors who are ready and willing to talk to you (there’s a chat function).
Exhibitors will also get a half hour slot which will include 15 mins for a demonstration, video or talk, and 15 mins for a Q&A session. Each exhibitor will have a secret word to give to delegates for their exhibition bingo form; this ensures as many as possible come and talk to you. If they get all the secret words right and they'll be entered into a draw so contributions to the draw would be appreciated.
Exhibitors will also be given the opportunity of contributing to the virtual goody bag; this will be a page that is given to delegates with links, discount vouchers, special extras. Ideally this will be all be available online.
Each half hour slot will be recorded and stored on a page for delegates to go back to along with the recording from the main room. This means the delegates can move between both rooms without fear of missing anything.
